Congrats ashley let s just lie to the customers and make them accept some of matching set and promised the rest will come later and you got them hooked. Ashley furniture has no return policy. The point was they didn t back what they had promised and there was no way of knowing because it was not written that there was a no return policy. In case of a defective product immediately inform customer care.
